- Our services may not be used for illegal activity, including, but not subject too, illegal software, fraudulent activity, bizarre images and anything in general that breaks international law. We are constantly checking servers for sites braking our terms. Sites found to be breaking our terms will be terminated immediately with out notice.
- Our customer service will not accept any abuse or insults, customers breaking this rule could be suspended or terminated pending further investigations.
- We are not liable for any content hosted on our servers; it is the customer’s sole responsibility. We will take the greatest possible action against customers breaking our terms and the law.
- Our mail services are not to be used for phishing, spamming or any fraudulent activities. Breaking this rule will result in immediate termination of offending accounts and could be reported to the appropriate company involved for further investigations possibly leading to a lawsuit.
- While we attempt to maximize uptime, we cannot guarantee that it is correct. If you accounts are ever down for more than 12 hours, we will transfer you to a new server.
- Once a domain name is registered with us, it cannot be canceled for the stipulated registration period. Also, the registration fee would not be refunded for the same. However, once the registration period is over, it is entirely the customer's choice whether to go for a renewal or not.
