About Me
Ulhas Vardhan Golchha as I am referred by my family members & friends was born on 20th July, 1986 and brought up in Sreerampur & Kolkata situated in West Bengal, India in a Jain family, originally from Bikaner, Rajasthan.
From childhood I always had an inclination towards artistic works, art & craft, designing and other such stuffs. With time while schooling I learned a lot about crafting and designing and use to get A/A+ grade in the subject.
The schools where I were addmited to are Gospel Home School, affiliated under ICSE were I studied till class VI and then due to shifting of our home I took admission in Shree Jain Vidyalaya(Calcutta) for the rest of schooling and its is here from were I appeared for Secondary and Higher Secondary, affiliated under West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education.
I have learned designing in Adobe Photoshop & Macromedia Flash and also programming languages C, C++, VB & progressing in JAVA from Brainware Computer Academy.
Not only those but have also learned Jewellery Designing (under Mr.Plotu Ash) & Diamond Grading (under Ms.Roshnee Jain) with Calcutta Gems & Jewelers Welfare Association 2002.
Initially, I started jewelery designing & diamond grading under the supervision of Mr.Arun Kumar Maloo & Mr.Jhumar Mal Chindalia at there showroom Style Gems & Jwells. It had been since 2 years working under them and have good experience in this field.
The purpose of this website is to illustrate & promote my work I have done over the past few years, and to showcase the projects I have crafted.
My Hobbies
Being a nature lover I take interest in everything surrounding me. Learning new things is more than a hobby for me. Programming and designing has been my passion since long. I still get exited when my programs compile successfully and my designs are appreciated. Astrology and Astronomy are another area which interests me. I'm into face reading too.
