Breakthrough Standalone Windows Live Installer

Every time downloading Windows Live products we need to download the web installer and then the web installer installs the Live products on our PCs’. While searching for the standalone installer or the offline installer I got some links given below ::

whose equivalent decoded link is given below ::

whose equivalent decoded link is given below ::

So, I came to the conclusion that by replacing the filename highlighted in green i.e. from wlsetup-web.exe to wlsetup-all.exe can get us the standalone or the offline installer.
